Write is the main Omni Writes workspace. Start with one idea, choose connected destinations, and keep control of the final copy and media for each network.

How the composer is organized

  • Source draft holds the shared idea you are working from.
  • Destinations are the connected accounts selected for this post.
  • Destination versions let each network have its own copy and media.
  • Library keeps drafts and reusable work available while you compose.
Changing one destination version does not have to overwrite the others. Review each selected network before publishing.

Typical workflow

1

Write the source

Enter your idea, paste a draft, or use an AI writing action. Add media when the selected networks support it.
2

Select destinations

Choose the connected accounts that should receive the post. Omni Writes applies destination-specific limits and media checks.
3

Adapt by Network

Generate tailored versions when the same idea needs a different length, structure, or tone on each network. Treat generated text as a draft and review facts before sending.
4

Review every version

Check copy, links, mentions, media order, alt text, and any channel-specific fields. A warning on one destination does not necessarily apply to the others.
5

Publish or schedule

Publish immediately or choose a future date and time. Omni Writes reports a separate outcome for each destination.

Media, quality, and validation

Omni Writes validates uploads against per-platform rules before publish (file size, format, duration, mix rules). Prefer high-quality source files within each channel’s accepted envelope—oversized or wrong-format media is rejected or may fail at publish time. See each channel guide for exact limits.

Threads, chains, and Ghost Mode

  • Multi-post threads/chains for X and Threads are capped at 11 posts in the composer. Auto-split respects that ceiling.
  • Ghost Mode is Threads-only: text-only, archives after 24 hours, and stays on in the main composer only when Threads is the only selected network. It is not available for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or X.

Publishing outcomes

A multi-destination action can succeed for some networks and fail for others. Keep the exact outcome for each destination, then retry only the failed item after resolving its error.
Do not assume that a green result for one channel means every selected channel published successfully.
