Connection problems
- Confirm you finished the platform reconnect flow on Connect Accounts
- For X, check whether the account shows Reconnect Required
- For Facebook Pages, make sure the correct page is selected
- If a connection looks stuck, disconnect and reconnect that platform
Scheduling and publishing problems
- Confirm the post is scheduled for a future time
- Check whether the account still has posting permission
- Open Calendar and look for failed or cancelled posts
- If a post failed, edit and reschedule it, or use retry when available
AI, Omni Intelligence, and credit problems
During beta, AI-assisted features — including Omni Intelligence, Write in My Voice, Adapt by Network, Plan AI, and report building — may be unavailable, slow, incomplete, or fail intermittently.- If an AI action fails, Omni Writes refunds the reserved credits when the provider fails or falls back
- Replies AI credits apply only when you accept the draft into the reply box — opening the AI sheet, generating a preview, or discarding the draft does not bill you
- If Write in My Voice auto-splits a long Replies draft, that counts as one AI credit, not one credit per segment
- If an AI panel does not load, stalls, or returns an incomplete report, close and reopen it, or refresh the page and try again
- Omni Intelligence updates can take a few minutes. If an update fails, use Retry now when it appears
- Keep this page open while Omni Intelligence is updating. Closing or refreshing mid-update can interrupt a running job
- If a report is incomplete, regenerate or update it again before relying on the numbers
- Always review AI-assisted output before you publish or send
Omni Intelligence and related AI features are still in beta. If something stays unavailable, fails repeatedly, or remains incomplete after a few retries, email hi@omniwrites.com.
