Work with a post
Select a calendar item to review its channel, copy, media, scheduled time, and status. Depending on its state, you can edit, cancel, publish now, or retry it.
Understand status
- Scheduled or queued means the post is stored for future processing.
- Processing means Omni Writes is attempting delivery.
- Published means the destination accepted the post.
- Failed means the provider or publishing pipeline returned an error.
- Cancelled items are removed from the active schedule.
Scheduling and publishing are separate outcomes. A scheduled post can still fail later if authorization expires, media becomes unavailable, or the network rejects it.
