AI credits are used when you run AI actions such as rewrite, improve, condense, grammar, variations, or Write in My Voice.In Replies, you are charged only when you accept an AI draft into the reply box. Opening the AI sheet, generating a preview, or discarding the draft does not use a credit. If Write in My Voice auto-splits a long Replies draft into thread segments, that still counts as one credit.

During beta, Omni Intelligence and related AI features may be unavailable, slow, incomplete, or fail intermittently.If Omni Intelligence fails while building or updating your report, close and reopen the panel, refresh the page, or use Retry now when it appears.Keep the page open until the update finishes. Closing or refreshing mid-update can interrupt a running job.Treat report numbers as estimates.
