This guide follows the recommended setup path in Omni Writes: connect one channel, teach Omni how you write, create a source draft, customize it by network, and confirm the result.

Before you begin

You need an Omni Writes account and login access to at least one supported social account. Have three writing examples ready that genuinely sound like you.
Instagram requires a professional Business or Creator account. Facebook publishing works with Pages, not personal profiles.

Set up and create your first post

1

Connect a channel

Open Settings → Channels, choose X, Threads, LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook, and finish the provider’s official authorization flow. You can also open All settings → Connections → Manage all connections.Wait until Omni Writes shows the expected account as Connected. Facebook and Instagram may ask you to select the Page or professional account Omni Writes should use.
2

Build Omni Intelligence

Open Settings → Omni Intelligence and choose Set up Omni Intelligence. In Sample Drop, paste at least three real posts, replies, captions, or threads. Each sample must contain at least 15 words, and you can keep up to 10 active samples.Keep your natural phrasing, rhythm, and line breaks. Let every sample finish saving, then choose Next. Omni builds your accepted report in the background; you can leave the page and return while it is still processing.
3

Review your Intelligence

In Your voice at a glance, review Voice Depth, the selected writing mode, How Omni should write, and What Omni should avoid. Edit the writing-mode guidance if it does not sound right, then save your changes.Choose Continue to Compose when you are ready. Omni Writes opens the Write workspace with your accepted Intelligence available to its writing tools.
4

Create the source draft

In Write, select one or more connected accounts and enter the shared idea in Write here…. This source draft stays common until you create a custom destination version. To reshape the draft with your accepted guidance, open the Omni assistant, choose Write in my voice, review the proposed result, and apply it only when it still says what you mean.
5

Customize by network

Choose Customize by Network. In the network preview, select Adapt by Network to create platform-aware versions from the source draft.Review every destination card. Open a network’s custom composer when you need to change its copy, media, thread structure, or platform-specific settings without changing the other destinations.
6

Send or schedule

Open the Send menu and choose Send for immediate delivery or Schedule for a future date and time. Omni Writes tracks completed, scheduled, failed, and remaining destinations separately, so retrying one destination does not resend the others.
7

Confirm in Calendar

Open Calendar and switch between Month, Week, and Schedule views. Select a post to review details, edit an eligible scheduled post, or retry a failed one.
Adding or removing samples later does not silently replace your current guidance. Omni keeps the accepted report available and shows Samples changed since this report. Choose Update Omni Intelligence when you want the new evidence included.
A successful schedule means Omni Writes accepted and stored the post for future processing. Final delivery still depends on the connected network accepting the post at publish time.
